1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sovereign Bookings website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Services Offered
Sovereign Bookings provides lead generation and appointment-booking services for garden room installers on a pay-per-qualified-appointment basis. A one-off setup fee covers the build of your Sovereign Bookings website and the launch of your ad campaigns. Thereafter, you pay per qualified appointment, billed only when a real homeowner turns up to the quote. There is no retainer and no long-term contract.
3. Qualified Appointments
A qualified appointment means the homeowner is present, has a genuine budget and garden room intent, and actually attends the quote appointment. If any of these conditions are not met, the appointment is not billable. You cover your own advertising spend directly with the ad platform.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including design elements, copy, and automations, is the intellectual property of Sovereign Digital Limited trading as Sovereign Bookings, unless otherwise stated. The website we build for you as part of the setup is yours to keep if our engagement ends.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to lost revenue or missed appointments. Our total liability in respect of the services is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our systems or use automated scripts to scrape data from the site.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
